Orders & payment

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (for example, due to suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or stock issues). Prices are shown in USD and may change without notice. You are responsible for applicable taxes and shipping fees.

Product information

Gemstones and precious metals naturally vary in color and appearance. Minor variations, screen/lighting differences, and normal wear are not defects.

Custom & final-sale items

Custom pieces, made-to-order items, special orders, engraved/personalized jewelry, and resized/altered items are final sale.

Shipping & risk of loss

We ship to the address you provide. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier takes possession of the package. If a parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days so we can assist with a carrier claim and resolution.

Returns & refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds, except for verified manufacturing defects as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

Warranty & liability

Except as required by law, products are provided “as is” without additional warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that item.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
