Refund policy
Manufacturing defects & transit damage
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 3 days of delivery (or the same day for in-store purchases). Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. After inspection, we will repair or replace the item at no cost.
Not considered defects: natural variations in gemstones or metals, slight color differences due to screens/lighting, and normal wear and tear.
Custom, personalized & resized items
Custom pieces, made-to-order items, special orders, engraved/personalized jewelry, and any item that has been resized or altered are final sale.
Hygiene notice
For hygienic reasons, pierced earrings are always final sale.
Order changes & cancellations
Orders can be modified or canceled before they are processed/shipped. Once processing begins, the order cannot be changed or canceled.
Repairs & maintenance
We offer paid repair and resizing services. Contact us for a quote and timelines.
Legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer law. Where required by law, we will honor those rights.
