Processing times

In-stock items: Usually ship within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

Custom / made-to-order / resized / engraved items: Ship when complete, typically 2–3 weeks. Timelines shown on product pages are estimates.

Shipping options & rates

Shipping rates and available carriers are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

We typically ship via USPS or UPS.

We do not ship to freight forwarders.

Order verification & address changes

For your security, orders may be held for verification if billing and shipping details don’t match.

Address changes or cancellations can be requested before your order is processed/shipped. Once an order is processing or shipped, we can’t modify it.

Tracking

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our studio. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier.

Estimated delivery times

Delivery estimates shown at checkout are carrier estimates and not guaranteed. Weekends and holidays may extend delivery.

High-value orders & signature

For security, we may require Signature on Delivery for high-value shipments or at our discretion. Please monitor tracking to ensure someone is available to sign.

P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO

USPS can deliver to most P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses (limited services/rates may apply). UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

International shipping

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees charged by your country. These are the customer’s responsibility and are not included at checkout unless stated otherwise.

Customs inspections may cause delays outside our control.

Delays outside our control

Weather events, carrier disruptions, peak seasons, and customs holds can cause delays. We appreciate your patience if this occurs.

Lost, stolen, or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged or tracking shows delivered but not received, contact us within 3 days of delivery (based on carrier scan).

We will assist with a carrier claim and next steps. Replacement or repair is determined on a case-by-case basis after the carrier’s investigation.

Please verify your shipping address carefully—packages lost due to incorrect/insufficient addresses are not refundable.

Preorders & made-to-order items

These ship once the item is completed. If your order contains both in-stock and made-to-order items, we may ship together when all items are ready (or split shipments at our discretion).
